Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and updating our CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and sell our products and services to new and existing customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Update and maintain our CRM platform to ensure accurate customer information
  • Work closely with our sales managers to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
