Fort Fright Event Ambassador

We are seeking a Fort Fright Event Ambassador to join our team at the St. Lawrence Parks Commission. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience at our fall attraction, Fort Fright.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and orient visitors, communicating key event information and health and safety reminders as they enter the attraction.
- Assist with congestion of arriving ticket holders and provide direction and critical wayfinding services as needed.
- Actively listen to visitor feedback and escalate concerns to the appropriate person or source if unable to resolve directly.
- Monitor your zone and report any actual or potential hazards, providing excellent customer service.
- Embody the SLPC's equity, diversity, and inclusion principles while interacting with staff and guests.
- Knowledge of customer service techniques to provide a superior customer experience.
- Understanding of tourism and its economic impact.
