Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at GS WORLD BUILDERS. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, prepare production reports, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work environment is safe and healthy for all employees.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and ensure that they are delivered to the site on time.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that everyone is informed and up-to-date on project progress.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
