GS WORLD BUILDERS is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and submit production reports to management
- Supervise a team of 5-10 workers and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
- Recruit and hire qualified workers and manage staffing actions
- Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills
- Estimate costs and materials for projects
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Recommend personnel actions to management
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
