Our Supplier Analytics Program is designed to help suppliers and merchants optimize their performance, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Business Partnership Manager to join our team, responsible for managing the onboarding process of new suppliers, improving data literacy, and fostering collaboration between THD suppliers and merchants. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your analytical skills to identify opportunities, drive user engagement, and develop scalable learning modules to enhance supplier insights.

  • Drive user engagement for the supplier analytics program by identifying opportunities to help suppliers generate, interpret, and present analytical data and actionable insights.
  • Manage the onboarding of new suppliers to the Supplier Analytics Program, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Demonstrate the Supplier Analytics tools to internal & external partners at all levels, building relationships and troubleshooting issues as needed.

As a strategic partner, you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, leveraging your project management skills to execute projects with merchandising partners and align suppliers with reporting expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization. Intermediate proficiency in Excel is required, as well as experience in vendor management and/or client engagement.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our company.
