Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Days InnTerrace. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Reservation Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies and room assignments.
- Customer Service: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Financial Transactions: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments, as well as balance cash and complete balance sheets and cash reports.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and ability to work in a team.
