Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Reservations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
