About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team at SLOSAAN SOLUTIONS INC. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues with computer systems and networks
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees

  • Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
