About the Role
Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. As a Physiotherapist with VCH, you will work in partnership with clients and families to establish goals and provide physiotherapy services in a client-centered model of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and develop care plans for clients, working in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver direct care and provide care management to assist clients in managing their own care.
- Work in consultation with other system partners and incorporate current evidence into practice.

Qualifications
- Current full registration with the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC).
- Two years' recent, related experience in home and community care.
- Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle required for local travel.
