Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at 2377919 ONTARIO INC. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Assist with mobility and transfer patients as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding patients
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to healthcare staff
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
