Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Condominium Manager to join our team in Calgary. As a licensed Community Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and management requirements for a portfolio of Condominiums located in Calgary.



Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:



  • Managing the properties within the assigned building portfolio, including overseeing all aspects of facility operations and liaising with owners/tenants/clients.
  • Providing bottom-line accountability for contracts' operational results, including Key Performance Indicator components.
  • Implementing contract budgets and controlling expenditures per budget figures.
  • Managing and supervising Magnum York site employees.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with Directors, owners, clients, tenants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Providing guidance to directors and owners on pertinent legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Promoting Magnum York systems and processes.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in property management.
  • Previous experience managing maintenance, mechanical projects, and subcontracted services preferred.
  • A valid real estate license (Condominium Management Associate) through RECA.
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and computerized accounting systems.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, administrative, and accounting processes.
  • Demonstrated organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of CPA and regulations, familiarity with condominium bylaws.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer care and client management skills.
  • A valid Driver's License, clean Driver's Abstract, and access to a vehicle.
  • A clean Criminal Record Check.
