Job Description

C-Era Property Management & Realty, an Associa Company, is seeking a skilled Condominium Manager to join our team.


Job Summary

We are passionate about our services and live for our customers. As a licensed Condominium Manager, you will be responsible for the relationship management with our clients, handling day-to-day operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management for the properties within your portfolio.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties
  • Prioritize and conduct the business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner
  • Manage projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors as generated by the portfolio in a timely manner
  • Create meeting agendas, conduct meetings, and follow up with accurate minutes
  • Administer financial matters of the portfolio, including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoices

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:



  • 1-2 years of high-rise residential and/or property management experience
  • Real estate and Property Management License in Alberta required
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act of Alberta
  • A positive and enthusiastic, hands-on approach, and be driven by delivering exceptional client service
  • Ability to multi-task, balance multiple priorities, and meet precise deadlines and manage clients' expectations
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sound knowledge of financial and budget reviews, and insurance policies relating to property management
  • Salary is dependent on experience and size of portfolio being managed
