About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join our team at AM PM Properties Inc. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your skills in property management and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents, ensuring they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners, taking into account factors such as market trends and client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of operating expenses and income, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in property administration, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, tenants, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
