Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our food service team at North Star Pho Inc. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and safety.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Inspect the restaurant to ensure safe working conditions and maintain a clean and safe environment for employees and customers.
- Balance cash and record sales to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of quality and safety in food preparation and service.
The successful candidate will work in a restaurant environment with a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with employees and customers.
