Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic project and change management expertise to support the redevelopment of our healthcare services.
- Lead the planning, development, integration, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of various project phases.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate operational priorities and ensure alignment with corporate/major project strategies.
- Develop and implement effective engagement strategies and action plans to maximize sustained success beyond project completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent undergraduate degree plus related experience) in a clinical health science discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Seven years of clinical project and change management planning experience in complex, multi-disciplinary projects involving a wide range of stakeholder/partner groups.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) and/or Change Management (PROSCI) is a preferred asset.

Salary Range
$54.16 - $77.86 per hour.
