About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our branch customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to every customer interaction, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
    • Respond to and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems.
  • Financial Transactions:
    • Complete a broad range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other transactions, in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Business Objectives:
    • Support the achievement of business objectives by contributing to advice goals and promoting products, advice, and banking capabilities.
    • Understand and apply operating policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Participate fully as a member of the team, promoting team effectiveness and contributing to a positive work environment.
    • Support the team by continuously developing knowledge in own area and participating in process improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • High School diploma and/or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
