About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Operations team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and drivers, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients and drivers, addressing their concerns and finding solutions to ensure smooth delivery operations
- Work closely with our teams to resolve any issues that may impact delivery schedules or customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, delivery status, and other relevant data
- Collaborate with our logistics team to optimize delivery routes and schedules, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of packages
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and technology to provide the best possible service to our clients and drivers
