Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Transformational Change

The Senior Business Analyst plays a crucial role in analyzing business needs and developing overall strategies for implementing transformational change. This role provides expertise in requirements definition, business process analysis, and design, as well as facilitation and documentation to deliver enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports team members in assessing client needs and recommends options for implementing business solutions.
  • Facilitates working groups to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develops and delivers effective presentations and workshops.
  • Leads and conducts workflow and gap analysis for operational support processes.
  • Acquires and maintains a working knowledge of the university's technical and business environment.
Requirements:
  • Formal certification from a recognized professional organization or professional development provider is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ongoing career development through active and self-motivated professional development in the field of Business Analysis.
  • Experience on large project teams implementing transformational change.
  • Experience with agile practices, patterns, and techniques.
