Senior Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our client's talented team on a 6-month contract with a strong probability of extension. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Technology Business Manager in delivering core business activities as part of a hub and spoke model from the broader Technology Strategy & Operations (S&O) function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Technology Strategy Development by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize technology strategies that align with business objectives
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making
  • Assist in the development of multi-year technology vision and strategic roadmaps that support long-term business and organizational goals
  • Conduct business analysis that supports strategic initiatives and business operations, such as undertaking gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements
  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives and in/external engagements, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, technology strategy, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of business processes and technology trends
  • Experience driving end-to-end project management, from planning to delivery
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
