Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Campaign Data Analyst to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Wealth Digital, Data & Analytics team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex data models to support campaign analytics and reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions to improve campaign performance
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to senior leadership
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data strategy and implementation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and campaign optimization
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, including SAS and AWS
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Post-secondary education in Business Analytics, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Business
