Job Title: Senior Risk Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Analyst to join our team at Momentum Financial Services Group_new. As a Senior Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for managing credit risk, fraud risk, and marketing campaigns, as well as developing quantitative solutions to improve business profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage origination strategies and policies for the Retail Financing portfolio to optimize profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to improve business profitability in areas such as underwriting, credit line management, universe expansion, and alternative data evaluation for lending.
  • Analyze customer-level information to determine the effectiveness of strategies and recommend necessary changes to improve profitability.
  • Communicate concise and actionable business strategies from vast amounts of data to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Decision Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Finance, or Economics.
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Services, specifically within Credit Risk Management.
  • Good understanding of Retail Financing and/or Cards products and their origination processes.
  • Proven experience in manipulating data to draw insightful conclusions using tools like SAS, SQL, R, or Python.
