Senior Campaign Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Campaign Data Analyst to join our team in Campaign Analytics & Execution. This individual will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to support all Wealth businesses.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to implement the new Wealth Leads optimization project, improving efficiency and generating incremental revenue for Wealth. They will also assist with campaign sizing, execution, channel loading, and performance tracking, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute campaigns, leveraging data to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights to senior management.
  • Manage and prioritize ad-hoc requests, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the Financial industry.
  • Proficiency in working with large datasets, including structured and unstructured data, using SAS and other tools.
  • Post-Secondary education in Business Analytics, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present data insights to business users.
  • Experience in running campaigns through design, execution, and performance tracking.
  • A strong passion for data, analysis, and driving business growth.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $54,500.00 - $101,500.00.
