Marketplace Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Data Analyst to join our team at S.i. Systèmes. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will be responsible for building and analyzing reports and dashboards to drive data-driven decisions and insights for our Marketplace team.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Senior Director, Marketplace Growth to develop robust strategies that drive GMV growth based on analytics and report on their effectiveness
* Partner with the Marketplace Campaign Manager to build and automate campaign and deals effectiveness reports to improve return on marketing investment
* Provide weekly KPI reporting on critical business metrics such as traffic, views, item conversion, AOV, etc.
* Develop and maintain automated and ad-hoc BI reporting to support business decision-making and drive GMV growth
* Analyze business performance using lead and lag indicators, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them
* Collect, analyze, and synthesize complete information from disparate sources into a clear, compelling, and actionable story
* Update and enhance existing Tableau/Qlik/Looker reports to meet the evolving needs of the business
Requirements
* 1+ year of ecommerce analytics experience
* Strong data analytic skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience creating and manipulating dashboards

* Retail experience
* Adobe Analytics (Omniture) skills
