About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 1429555 B.C. LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to ensure efficient office operations
  • Evaluate and improve existing procedures to enhance productivity and quality
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Establish priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information legislation
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Manage budget and expenditures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
