Job Title: Waterproofing Foreman/Woman

About the Role:

New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Waterproofing Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our waterproofing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of waterproofing systems on various commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our waterproofing team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with our project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in waterproofing or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Steel-toed safety boots.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
