Job Title: Waterproofing Foreman/Woman

New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Waterproofing Foreman/Woman to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our waterproofing crew. The successful candidate will have a strong background in waterproofing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of the waterproofing crew
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Prepare and submit reports on crew performance and project progress
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of time and resources
  • Train and mentor junior crew members
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in waterproofing
  • Valid driver's license
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Organized and reliable
  • Team player
