Job Title: Waterproofing Foreman/Woman

New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Waterproofing Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our waterproofing crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of waterproofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of waterproofing crew members, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to prevent water infiltration.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement waterproofing plans, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including site reports, material inventory, and crew hours.
  • Ensure all crew members follow safety protocols and report any incidents or near-misses to management.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in waterproofing or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Steel-toed safety boots.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
