Job Title: Waterproofing Foreman/Woman

New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Waterproofing Foreman/Woman to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our waterproofing crew. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train waterproofing crew members
  • Coordinate and schedule waterproofing projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress
  • Requisition and order materials and equipment
  • Lead and instruct individuals on waterproofing techniques
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in waterproofing
  • Valid driver's license
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Organized and reliable
  • Team player
