Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared to Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill's high standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers feel welcome and valued during their dining experience.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all areas of the restaurant are running smoothly.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Housekeeping and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
    • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized at all times.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull heavy equipment.
