Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Handle customer transactions and resolve any issues in a professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
