Job Title: Supervisor, Taxi Drivers and Private Chauffeurs

At Alberta Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our taxi and private chauffeur services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train or arrange for training of taxi drivers and private chauffeurs to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of vehicles to minimize downtime and maximize availability.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support the smooth operation of our services.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English is required.
