About the Role

We're seeking a bilingual (French and English) Manager, Systems Engineering, to lead a team of 30-50 systems engineers working on state-of-the-art satellite technology. As a seasoned people manager with a strong background in Systems Engineering, you'll be responsible for leading high-performing teams and driving technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 30-50 Systems Engineers.
  • Oversee recruitment, development, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Support continuous improvement, modernization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement next-generation engineering tools, techniques, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in engineering management, preferably in the space industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership, conflict resolution, and people skills.
  • Experienced managing distributed teams.
  • Interest in resource management, negotiations, risk management, and financial reporting.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
