We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at 3vimatech Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Tasks: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry.
- Supervision: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, monitor and evaluate, and oversee payroll administration.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and a team player.
- Ability to work independently.
- 35 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
