Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance

  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of 1-4 people. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.
