Retail Store Manager Job Description

At ONTARIO INC, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
  • Establish work schedules and supervise staff
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-7 months of experience in a retail management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced retail environment
  • Standing for extended periods and walking
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
