Business Development and Partnership Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development and Partnership Strategist to join our team at withinUs. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and establishing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and expansion.

Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including clubs, gyms, spas, clinics, and boutique specialty stores.
- Plan and Execute Partner Activations: Collaborate with internal teams to co-create and execute joint marketing activations, product placements, and events to enhance sales and increase brand visibility.
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Conduct regular on-site visits to connect with partners, assess their needs, and provide customized solutions to drive growth.
- Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
- Skillset: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Location: Based in Vancouver, BC, with frequent travel required (up to 50% of the time).
- Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 CAD per annum, plus variable compensation plan.
