Job Title: Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Wildco Partners 3 Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, as well as overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, food safety, and sanitation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Proven track record of success in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to train and supervise kitchen staff.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred.
