Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Altex Inc. in a permanent position. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing products to meet our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Affix seals and tags to approved products, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Inspect manufactured items for defects and conformance to specifications.
- Use hand tools to sand, trim, grind, or clean products into their final form.
- Assemble parts and components to form final products using various techniques such as screwing, clipping, gluing, bonding, welding, or other methods.
- Cut, shape, and fit materials to form parts and components.
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with heavy loads and physically demanding tasks.
- Stand for extended periods and perform manual dexterity tasks.
- Use hand-eye coordination to assemble and inspect products.
- Reliable and team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Will train and develop skills to meet the demands of the role.
