Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Altex Inc. in a permanent position. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting products to ensure they meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
  • Assemble and inspect products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
  • Use hand tools to sand, trim, and grind products to final form
  • Apply adhesives, weld, or use other methods to assemble parts and components
  • Cut and shape materials to form parts and components
Work Environment

As an Assembly Technician, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and safety. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
