About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Cook to join our team at REDGANACHE. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our team and customers.
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, and apply this knowledge to enhance our menu offerings.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Cook Trade Certification.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
