We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Cook to join our team at REDGANACHE. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all staff and customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food production.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Cook Trade Certification.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
