Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations into incidents of theft and loss, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent and detect shoplifting, as well as other forms of theft.
  • Collaborate with store management and security teams to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our asset protection efforts.
Requirements:
  • A valid security license (or equivalent) and a strong understanding of retail procedures and security protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our stores.
