About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Asset Protection Specialist to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a key member of our Asset Protection team, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing operational deficiencies related to loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the timely and accurate execution of asset protection initiatives
  • Effectively communicate with customer and associate groups to ensure clear understanding and execution of objectives
  • Conduct store audits and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
  • Detect and apprehend shoplifters and complete related documentation
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce shortage
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes

Requirements:

  • Valid region/market specific security license
  • Awareness of retail procedures and criminal civil proceeding process
  • Flexibility with schedule, including evenings and weekends
