As a Customer Support Team Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing sample distribution, tracking samples for inventory adjustments, and resolving high-priority shipping inquiries and order status questions.
You will also work closely with our customers to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
