At Spring Financial Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, and providing information or services to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to meet the needs of our growing organization.
  • Provide information or services to employees, including employee assistance and counselling, to support their well-being and career development.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to resolve conflicts and improve communication.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training to support employee development and retention.
  • Recruit and hire staff to fill vacant positions and meet business needs.
  • Train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales to support fair compensation and career advancement.
  • Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes to improve employee well-being and productivity.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation and financial management.
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accurate and fair compensation.
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
  • Manage contracts to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Manage training and development strategies to support employee growth and retention.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to support business objectives and employee well-being.
  • Provide customer service to employees and managers to support their needs and resolve issues.
  • Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to support business objectives.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
