Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at 7 Kings Investment Group Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to electronic enquiries.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Assist with screening questions and provide information to candidates.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent position.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
