We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Management Lead to join our team at Alex Hone Drugs Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team, overseeing daily operations, and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign tasks to sales workers effectively and efficiently
  • Order merchandise regularly to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Autorize return of merchandise as needed
  • Establish work schedules that meet business needs
  • Sell merchandise to customers through effective in-store promotions and displays
  • Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages promptly and professionally
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and minimize waste
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage cash handling procedures to maintain accurate records and prevent losses

Requirements

  • 3-4 years experience in retail sales management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Work Environment

  • On-site work only; no remote work options available
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required throughout the working day
  • Work under pressure to meet sales targets and resolve customer issues

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
