Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Seta Transport Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the logistics of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement logistics plans to ensure the efficient movement of goods and materials.
  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate activities with other departments and teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, including conducting performance reviews and coordinating work assignments.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
