Job Summary

Pandher Trucking Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, conducting performance reviews and providing guidance on duties and policies.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures, planning and organizing the operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
