About the Role

Pandher Trucking Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Logistics Operations: Oversee the coordination of logistics activities, including the planning and execution of transportation schedules, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including the ordering and procurement of materials and supplies.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Develop and Implement Procedures: Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a logistics or operations role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
